Do and Don't Before Your Treatment
If possible, please remove heavy makeup before your appointment. This will allow me to spend more time on your actual treatment and not on makeup removal.
First time clients please try to arrive at least 10 mins before your first appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
If you are sick,or suspect you may have any sort of contagious condition, please contact me to reschedule.
Refrain from using topical retinols for at least 24 hrs prior to your treatment (note: some oral medications may limit treatment options)
Recent cosmetic procedures or injectables will prevent or limit some treatments for a period of time. However, some options are available after 48 hrs depending on your situation. Contact me with questions.

Today:
Use Sun Protection!
Refrain from using make-up (mascara or lip product is fine, just avoid anything on your skin)
Treat your skin with extra gentle care, don't use any harsh or abrasive products or cloths
Avoid sauna and steamroom
Avoid alcohol and caffeine (they are very dehydrating)
Drink plenty of water (will help flush any lymph we drained during your treatment)
